The extended non-solar tower assembly stands 10'4 high and is designed to allow for "hard-wired" installations where A/C power is available nearby or in the event the tower is located under trees or areas that sun light may not be available.

A specially designed lid or Top Cap bolts directly to the aluminum rods located inside the frame body and secures the enclosure together.
