THE SOLAR ARRAY PANEL
When it comes to reliable and an environmentally friendly generation of electrical power from sunlight, solar modules provide the perfect solution.
Manufactured in compliance with the most stringent quality standards, these modules are designed to withstand the toughest environmental conditions and are characterized by their long service life.
Two types of solar panels are offered with the solarbeam system:
SINGLE STACK IR BEAMS DOUBLE STACK IR BEAMS

The 20-watt solar panel supplies 1.38 amps to the batteries (48AMP)and are utilized for the Sorhea beams, Optex (single stack) and Takex (single stack) units.
For double stacking of the IR beams, as for "high/low" beam stacking, or to power other devices such as radio equipment, strobe lights and other equipment, the 40-watt solar panel provides 2.4-amp-power to the batteries.
The PV Controller monitors the voltage current from the solar array panel and allows the proper voltage charge to the batteries. Four 12-volt, 12amp batteries (a total of 48 amps) are located inside each tower. This provides more than enough power for the system and components.
