The Solarbeam™ system provides high-level protection and detection utilizing the Sorhea IR beams, Optex Rednet or the Takex IR beam with the Micro-wave units.  Because the Solarbeam™ connects directly into the CCTV cameras, immediate visual and perimeter detection notifies the guard house of an activated zone violation. Also, access control devices can be incorporated into the system to allow authorized entry.

Utilizing the system’s software program, the user can monitor all aspects of the system including tamper alarms, zone bypass, and many other diagnostical functions of the system.

Also, because of the nature of correction facilities perimeter fencing, they are often times more vulnerable to lightening damage to their electric power and existing hard-wire systems circuits, sometimes leaving them without protection for weeks until the perimeter device(s) are replaced.
